According to Dr. Mark Gostine, co-founder of Michigan Pain Consultants, chronic pain and depression go hand in hand, which is why 40 to 50 percent of his practice’s patients are on anti-depressants. Michigan Pain Consultants provides intravenous Ketamine treatments for depression, and recently signed on to be part of an FDA trial for an oral ketamine drug developed by Naurex, who was recently purchased by Allegan Pharmaceutical.
Dr. Eric Kozfkay stopped in at the Wood-TV8 Art Prize Studios on September 23, to discuss Regenerative Medicine with Terri Deboer of the eightWest show.
